Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - Definitive Edition is now live, and players can experience a blast from the past with GTA III, GTA San Andreas, and GTA Vice City all ready for a replay.
Fans of the series will know though that life is precious and the best way to protect yourself from harm in the chaotic streets of GTA is to equip body armour. Lucky for you it's plentiful and scattered throughout the city, so you can always pick up fresh gear.
Here are all the GTA III armour locations in GTA Trilogy.
What does body armour do in GTA III?
Body armour is the best way to protect yourself in Liberty City. Equipping it provides protection equal to your maximum HP, essentially doubling your health.
Body armour does lose points same as HP when you take damage, so you'll need to keep picking up fresh armour to make sure you're at max protection.

Here are all of the locations you can pick up some free body armour in GTA III.
Portland body armour locations

In addition to picking up free body armour, GTA III players can also purchase body armour for $3,000 from Ammu-Nation or by entering an Enforcer vehicle.
